You’re invited to an intimate evening of rest, connection, and gentle awakening beneath the summer sky. Awaken, Women’s Circle is for the woman who’s been holding it all, and needs a safe space to soften.

Led by certified sound practitioner and Reiki healer Kristin VanGundy (Soul Momma Kristin), this three-hour gathering is designed to support your nervous system, reconnect you to your breath, and remind you that you’re supported.

Together, we’ll gather in sacred circle to:

• Rest beneath the trees

• Receive a Reiki-infused sound bath

• Ground through gentle meditation

• Reflect through journaling + coaching

• Share space with kindhearted, like-minded women

Whether you’re craving stillness, sisterhood, or a pause from the demands of daily life, you are welcome here.

Space is intentionally limited to just 10 women to keep the experience cozy, personal, and energetically supported.

Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows are provided. Please bring a journal, pen, and water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing you can lie down in.

In case of rain or inclement weather, the event will be held indoors in a calm, cozy environment.
