Awaken Within: January Vision Board Workshop + Sound Bath
Step into the new year with clarity, creativity, and intention.
Join Soul Momma Kristin on Friday, January 30th from 6–9 PM in Marshalltown, Iowa, for Awaken Within — a cozy, inspiring evening of connection, reflection, and manifestation.
We’ll begin with journaling and guided prompts to help you connect with your inner vision for the year ahead. Together, we’ll explore what you’re ready to call in — and how to align your energy to make it real. Then, you’ll bring your vision to life through the creation of your own vision board.
All materials for vision boards are provided, but if there’s a photo or magazine clipping that speaks to your dreams — bring it along! After your board is complete, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound bath to anchor your vision deep within your body and spirit.
Because true manifestation is both science and soul — that’s why vision boards are important. We write our dreams, then we speak them, visualize them, and feel them come alive.
